Important restrictions

Mainland China

iPhones from Mainland China and certain models from Hong Kong/Macao do not support eSIM.

Regional Models

Certain regional models (especially from Japan or specific carriers) may have eSIM disabled.

Compatibility FAQs

Check your settings. For Apple, look for 'Add eSIM' in Cellular settings. For Android, check SIM Manager. Alternatively, dial *#06# to look for an EID.
It means your device is tied to one provider. You'll need to contact them to unlock it before you can use Unilink.
The Unilink app might not run on rooted/jailbroken devices for security reasons, but you can still manage your eSIM via our website.
